Jogging in senayan...

Jogging in senayan maybe is not a bad idea. However, jogging in the morning after a night without sleeping at all maybe is not the best idea in the world, maybe it's a stupid idea. It was what I do with Wisnu, my friend in high school, on the last Saturday.
Senayan's full of people in monday morning. It's so crowded.
If you like jogging, please don't do it in senayan on monday morning. The track is so full with people so you have to run jigjag. It's better to do it in Saturday. It won't be too crowded.
If you're a 8 to 5 worker and your office is around sudirman or kuningan, maybe jogging in senayan after working can be a reasonable choice. Many people jogging in senayan in the evening. Even, there's also an aerobic club too.
There's no reason not to work out!

Mari budayakan jogging as free of charge,useful,fun,and the most effective way in reducing fat on our body. Am I right?
